Tyler Tkach		By Bob Lichtenfels East Recruiting Analyst Date: Jun 26, 2005 Dave Wannstedt has expanded his fence from Western Pennsylvania to the Eastern side of the state. The Panthers landed commitment number sixth this evening. The Panther previous verbals have all been products of the WPIAL, one of the states toughest conferences. Now they have done something they haven’t had much success at and that’s reaching the prospects in the Eastern half of the state.
