		By Bob Lichtenfels Big East Recruiting Analyst Date: Jun 24, 2004 Offers have been flying around at the UPMC Practice Facility. The annual Walt Harris Football Camps are in full swing and several prospects have been coming and going over the past week. This gives the Panther coaching staff a chance to get an up close and personal look at some kids who they may have not gotten a good feel for on film.
