The University of Pittsburgh recently solidified one of the top recruiting classes in the nation. One of the top defensive players to sign with the Panthers was standout safety Dom DeCicco from Thomas Jefferson High School in Clairton, PA. The PantherDigest.com spoke with him about his future.
