Andrew Devlin narrows list Premium Story

University of Pittsburgh Head Football Coach Dave Wannstedt has focused on a number of quality prospects from Western Pennsylvania. Jumbo-athlete Andrew Devlin (6-foot-6 inches, 255 pounds) from Mt.
