PA Top 50 - Updated July 25

After the May Evaluation period has come to pass and I have been able to personally view everyone that I needed to see. This is my Pennsylvania Top 50, which has been compiled after viewing countless hours of video, attending games, practices, scrimmages, camps, and combines. In a talent rich state like Pennsylvania this is more difficult than it appears.

There are several players who may be ranked lower than people think they should, but after seeing the tape this is the position I felt they should be in. This will be my final Top 50 before the August start of camps. The list is of seniors who I feel are D-1 prospects.
