Rori Blair was a Panther at Upper St. Clair, and will remain one in college, at Pitt.

Paul Chryst added another commit to his 2014 class. Upper St. Clair LB/DE Rori Blair gave Chryst his verbal commitment on Friday.

Blair, originally in the 2013 high school class, suffered a stroke during his junior year. As a result, he could not participate in football as a senior. He was granted an extra year of eligibility.

In 2011, his most recent season, Blair caught seven passes for 200 yards and a touchdown. On defense, he finished with 40 tackles, four tackles for losses and. 2.5 sacks.

Blair joins North Allegheny's Elijah Zeise, Bethel Park's Michael Grimm and Shady Side Academy's Dennis Briggs as the other WPIAL commits from this 2014 recruiting class.
