Brown Gets Set For Junior Days

Brown rushed for over 1,200 yards and 11 touchdowns as a junior.

Dorian Brown is coming off a junior year where he rushed for over 1,200 yards and 11 touchdowns. Brown earned all-conference honors, while helping the Highlanders to a playoff berth.

He's starting to hear from a few schools, and has a couple junior days set. New Pitt head coach Paul Chryst stopped by his school.

"Yeah, (Chryst) and one of the assistant coaches (linebacker coach Chris Haering) came by my school," Brown said. "(Haering) is not my position coach, but I did meet him.

"I got the invites to go to Michigan State and Ohio for junior day. Michigan State, I'm going to. I'm not sure yet about Ohio."

Brown will be heavily involved in some 7-on-7 tournaments later this spring as a member of the western Pennsylvania SWAG team, which consists of several top WPIAL standouts. Brown will also run track this spring for Baldwin.
