Four-star tight end J.P. Holtz out of Shaler (PA) High School will announce his college decision on Pittsburgh's CBS affiliate, KDKA-TV.
Holtz verbally committed to Penn State during the summer, then re-opened his recruitment in his senior year. He took official visits to Purdue in November, Pittsburgh in December and Michigan State last weekend.
"Announcing my college choice Wednesday at 6 pm on kdka," Holtz said in a tweet.
As a senior at Shaler, Holtz ran for 337 yards on 72 carries. He also finished with 19 receptions for 332 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was also recently selected to play in this June's Big 33 game in Hershey.
